Extra Discount for 2011 Qld & Vic Flood Victims

All repairs in flood affected areas are eligible for an automatic 10% discount. Solution Industries provides additional discounts to all customers, so the total benefit to flood victims is:

• 10% discount for any quantity, any product, any customer (includes DIY)
• Free shipping to metro address
• Free shipping to depot in regional area
• Further discounts for bulk quantities/combined orders

How do I get the discount?

If you are shipping your order to a flood affected area, enter your email address and the password 2011floods in the log-in box at the top right of your browser, as pictured. All prices will be adjusted and your flood discount displayed.

Non-flood affected customers

Any standard orders using the flood password WILL NOT be shipped. We will bill you the additional amount to retail price if your order is outside a flood-affected area. No refunds will be processed for fraudulent orders.

If you are a trade customer but not in a flood affected area, then you can apply for Trade Price discounts here.
